Secondly, it will remove toxins from your body that are actually inevitable result of industrial life and metabolism. No doubt, it will keep you healthier all the time. I even follow this step very properly for the sake of my health. 

However, some advantages of drinking water are given as below:

1. By drinking water, you will be able to clear your skin.

2. Water will help your kidneys.

3. Water will assist you to control your appetite.

4. It will also help you to keep energized.

5. Moreover, it will make you more healthier and wakeful.

6. The most important benefit of drinking water is it will help you to avoid different types of unhealthy beverages like juice and soda. You know, juice and soda, both are high in calories. Actually our human body only registers these unhealthy drinks intake and there is no denying fact that even you still feel very thirsty 100 of calories later. 

For your kind information, in order to maintain the strength of your bones into old ages, there is no alternative of drinking milk. So drink a lot of milk in order to keep your body fit and muscle strong. 

Try to take your breakfast regularly. A light and healthy breakfast is very important in order to become healthy. Remember that if you are a breakfast skipper, then you will eat more. This is medically proven. So for controlling your appetite, never ever skip the first meal of the day. This is actually my request to all the readers reading this article. 

You can take several foods in your breakfast. Here I am going to provide a list of it:

2. Fruit.

3. Fresh Orange Juice.

4. Tea.

5. Skimmed Milk, if possible.

Remember that the healthier your first meal of the day is, the more energized you will experience throughout the day and it will definitely help you to concentrate any kind of work. Even, you don't need to eat later in the day if you take your breakfast properly.

Try to eat well as much as you can throughout the day. I think you are definitely on the right track if half of your plate is fruit and vegetables. You can also add whole grains, low fat dairy and lean protein. If you are able to make a smart diet plan with the help of a doctor or physician and if you are also able to follow it properly, I think your body will start feeling more comfortable.

I saw most of the people avoid fat very strictly. But this is not good at all. For your kind information, all the fats are not bad. The name of some foods consisting good fats are given as below:

1. Olive Oil.

2. Nuts.

3. Avocado.

4. Salmon.

5. Tuna.

These five foods are rich in good fats. 

You should always try to eat food at the right times. I know it's really very tough to perform this but you need to do it for the sake of your health. 5 P.M to 8 P.M is considered as the best time for a healthy and easy to digest evening meal. Try to avoid late night snacks if possible. It has two disadvantages. 

1. Late night snacks will fill your body with unnecessary calories.

2. Moreover, it will disrupt your sleep.
