Eat healthy fruits and vegetables as much as you can. This is really very important for our human body. You know, the right balance of vegetables, fruits, proteins and carbohydrates are contained in a proper diet. If possible, try to make a smart diet plan by yourself and try to follow it regularly. For those who want to get some extra proteins, they can start with lean meat because lean meat is the best source of protein. If possible, try to take 5 - 10 serving of vegetables and fruits a day. Don't avoid fat totally because it will assist your body to functioning smoothly.

Drink as much water as you can. It will help you to run throughout the day. If possible, try to take 8 ounce glasses of water per day. No doubt, drinking water will surely assist you to re - energize and it will help you to keep going. Anyway, if you are not able to drink fresh water, then you will face several serious diseases like dehydration, headaches and acne.
