In order to become healthy, first of all, what you need to do is to promote a good eating habits. This is very important you know. This is considered as the first and foremost thing for getting a healthy life. There is a proverb that "Health is Wealth". If your health is perfect or if you lead a healthy life, then you will get everything in your life. On the other side, if you are not healthy, then you will never ever concentrate on your own work and as a result, you will face so many problems which will not bring any benefit for you. However, as a human, you must need to keep a careful tab on what you are going to eat actually. You know food provides us plenty of energy and in my opinion, taste is nothing but a secondary factor. You can eat/drink anything you like but never eat that type of thing which your body hates most.

I think, vegetarian food is the best food for human. For your kind information, fruits and green vegetables are readily accepted by your digestive system. No doubt about that. There are several benefits of taking vegetables. At first, if you take vegetables regularly, your blood becomes completely purified. Not only that, but also you will get a healthy skin. Moreover, it will help you to feel fresh and definitely your immune system will be improved.



But for the athletes. non veg is the best. But non veg should be taken occasionally and not everyday. It's really very tough for you to digest this type of food. Some non veg foods are very acidic like meat. Meat consists a high level of pH.

Drink water as much as you can. As a human, you should need to take 3 litres water on a hot day. Drinking water has so many benefits. By drinking water, you will be able to digest your food within a very short time. Moreover, it will assist you a lot in dealing with constipation.

Try to avoid taking junk foods as much as you can. I know it's very tough to avoid this kind of food but you must need to do it for the sake of your health. Otherwise, you will face so many health related problems. And one important thing I like to mention that junk food neither provide you energy nor offer you essential components. So it's better to keep staying away from them.

Try to perform a lot of physical exercise. Most of the people think that it's a wastage of time or money. But I am glad to say that they are completely wrong. You can try different types of physical activities; for example:

1. Walking.
2. Yoga.
3. Cycling.
4. Marshal Arts etc.

Our body requires movement. Otherwise, it will be slow and dull. Obesity is the primary reason for suffering different types of diseases. So in order to overcome this problem, we need to take exercise regularly.As a human, it's better to take exercise in,

1. 30 minutes / day.
2. 6 days / week



Another thing you need to do is to maintain your mental fitness. This is also very important part. In order to become truly healthy, I think your mind need to become healthy first. Otherwise, it will be quite difficult for you to do so. Remember that positive thinking is the best medicine. So try to think positive all the time.
